VIT Vellore offers extensive hostel facilities with 32 blocks—21 for boys and the rest for girls—accommodating over 30,000 students. Both air-conditioned and non-air-conditioned rooms are available, offered in single or shared formats.

Mess options can be changed monthly. Upgrades in the fall semester require full payment of the difference; in the winter semester, only 50% of the difference is charged.
