Campus Facilities

The University of Adelaide provides A to Z facilities for the students. ‘A ‘ facilities include Acess to buildings and grounds facility. ECMS administration provides swipe cards to access across securities, buildings, grounds and maintenance areas. The infrastructure branch is allowed to take Arial photographs. These images are accessible and can be used by all the university students for free.

The North Terrace, Waite and Roseworthy campuses of the university are placed under cover of the University of Adelaide’s general liquor licence. This licence allows serving alcohol by staff and students for University and Club purposes. The audiovisual teaching spaces are well equipped with all the necessary gadgets. In case students need any extra equipment they can hire it along with an AV technician.

The university believes that a safe campus is everyone’s responsibility. Everyone has a right to feel safe at the campus day and night. If a student feels any insecurity in the campus such as theft, lynching or anything, they can immediately report it to Security Escort Services. The emergency telephones help students connect directly to the University’s Security Service.

The students are provided with Shuttle bus services to help them move from one place to another. Students need to schedule the timing beforehand because it needs some time to arrive. The Security Service also protects the students’ property. They keep car parks under observation as often as possible, but responsibility for the security of vehicles and their contents rests with the owners.

Being associated with the Commonwealth Disability Discrimination Act 1992, the university owns various action plans and other university policies. Infrastructure branch is dedicated to providing equity and access and welcomes every faculty and student to the university.

The University of Adelaide is known for its commitment to providing quality education to students across the world. It is incredibly inclined towards welcoming post-graduates to strengthen the areas of research.

The scholarship amount ranges from 15%-30%. To be eligible, the students need to complete their degree with Australian first-class honours successfully. 

The university provides 25% reduction on tuition fees under The University of Adelaide Family Scholarships (International) plan and The University of Adelaide Higher Education Scholarships (International) with a minimum full-time duration of the chosen UG or PG program. The students can avail 15% off of tuition fees under The University of Adelaide Scholarship Match Program (International).

The students studying Masters by Research or PhD programs can get a 25% reduction on tuition fees under The University of Adelaide Alumni Scholarships (International). The faculty will be awarded a single scholarship of a 50% reduction of the tuition fee with the highest score above an ATAR of 98 or GPA of 6.8 under The University of Adelaide Global Academic Excellence Scholarships (International). 

Students with Indian citizenship who are willing to opt courses like Agriculture (including Food Security and Wine), Health Services (including Biotechnology), Clean Technology, Environment (including Urban Planning and Architecture), Aerospace, and Resources, and any other programs as agreed by the Donor and the University (“the Program”) will get $25,000 for one year, payable towards the recipient’s airfares, living expenses and tuition fees. The successful applicant may also receive an additional 50% discount on the tuition fees for the duration of their program.
