Hostel Fee Structure – Session 2025–26

1. Registration Fee

• One-time only:

  • Single Occupancy: ₹1,500

  • Shared Occupancy: ₹1,500

2. Non-AC Accommodation

(Food Complementary as per Academic Calendar)

• Single Occupancy: ₹1,25,000

• Shared Occupancy: ₹1,00,000

3. AC Accommodation

(Food Complementary as per Academic Calendar)

• Single Occupancy: ₹1,50,000

• Shared Occupancy: ₹1,25,000

Important Notes

1. Electricity for AC usage will be charged separately based on actual consumption.

2. Hostel fees must be deposited semester-wise:

   • 1st Installment: Before 20th July

   • 2nd Installment: Before 20th January

3. Except for first-semester students, rooms can be booked before 4th July with a non-refundable booking amount of ₹20,000.

4. Hostel rooms are allotted for a fixed duration, i.e., 5th July to 15th May of the academic session.

5. Late fee submission will attract a fine of ₹100 per day.

6. Hostel fee is annual and non-refundable.

   • If a student leaves mid-session, full year fee must be paid.

   • On non-payment, the LMS will be blocked.

7. Students are responsible for any damage to hostel property and must bear repair/replacement costs.
