SIT Tumkur B.Tech Admission 2025

Siddaganga Institute of Technology (SIT), Tumkur offers a four-year Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) program across 14 specializations. Admission to the B.Tech program requires a valid score in KCET (for Karnataka candidates) or COMEDK UGET (for non-Karnataka candidates). Final seat allotments are conducted through DTE Karnataka counselling.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Must have passed 10+2 (or equivalent) with at least 55% marks from a recognized board.

  • Must have a valid score in KCET or COMEDK UGET.

Selection Process

Admission is strictly based on performance in KCET (for Karnataka students) or COMEDK UGET (for non-Karnataka students). Based on the scores, a merit list will be prepared, and seats will be allotted through centralized counselling.

To participate in the admission process:

  • Candidates must register on the KEA portal (for KCET) or the COMEDK portal.

  • During counselling, candidates must fill in course and branch preferences.

  • Seat allotment will depend on rank, preferences, seat availability, and cutoff trends in each round.
