Saveetha Engineering College Campus has spread over an area of 120 acres of land facing the Chembarambakkam lake on NH4 or the Chennai-Bangalore National Highway. Saveetha Engineering College address is in Thandalam, Kancheepuram District, Chennai.

The campus provides all the basic infrastructure for its students including all High-end Smart Board facilitated classrooms with Internet Connection, Nano Material Fabrication Centre, 24 x 7 Online Learning Centre, DSIR or TEPP Sponsored Fabrication of PTFE Material Centre, British Examination Centre, Advanced Machining Centre, Research Centre with the assistance of Scientists from IGCAR & ISRO.

All classrooms of the institute are well-equipped with modern equipment that enables the faculty members to facilitate their teaching process. 

Saveetha Engineering College hostels has two separate buildings exclusively for boys and girls hostels that comprise of eight storied buildings, which can accommodate 500 students in each of them.

The hostels are provided with facilities like state-of-the-art gym and indoor games, WI-FI connectivity, medical care with 1,000 bedded multi-speciality Hospitals, Entertainment halls provided with multi-channel television facility, open-air movie screening facility for weekly movie shows, exclusive visitors lounge, RO water for drinking purpose, 24/7 security vigilance, Solar hot water for bathing and Clean Hygienic environment etc.

The institute has very hi-tech sports infrastructure both for indoor and outdoor games.
