Usually, JOSAA counseling for B.Tech & B.Arch admissions takes place in the month of July/ August. The NIT Kurukshetra B.Tech course Fee is INR 2.36 Lakhs in most streams. Besides B.Tech Programme, NIT Kurukshetra also offers courses such as M.Tech, M.Sc, MBA, etc., in the fields of Engineering, Science, and Management. Admission to NIT Kurukshetra B.Tech 2024

The institute offers four-year B.Tech degree programs in seven engineering disciplines. Applicants for B. Tech admission must have a valid JEE Main score. The final seat, however, is assigned during the JoSAA Counselling.

Eligibility Criteria for NIT Kurukshetra B.Tech

  • Candidates for NIT Kurukshetra course admissions in B.Tech must have at least 75% in 10+2 examination or be in the top 20% of the respective board, with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/ Technical Vocational subjects. The qualifying marks in the 12th class examination for SC/ST candidates would be 65 percent.
  • Candidates must pass the JEE Main exam.
  • Seats are reserved in accordance with the rules established by the Government of India.

NIT Kurukshetra Admission Criteria for B.Tech. Selection

A merit list will be created category-by-category, listing candidates’ All India Ranks (AIRs) in light of the results of the 12th-grade exam and their JEE Main score.

Candidates must register for counseling online at the official JoSSA website in order to take part in the NIT Kurukshetra admissions process. Choice locking and filling out are required and must be done by the candidate alone. Branch selections are to be filled in order of decreasing preference. M.Tech. Eligibility Requirements for NIT Kurukshetra

  • Candidates with at least 60 percent in their B. Tech or a CPA of 6.5 on a 10-point scale are eligible to apply for M. Tech admission at NIT Kurukshetra.

NIT Kurukshetra MCA Admission 2024

Students achieving at least 60 percent overall or 6.5 CGPA on a 10-point scale (55 percent overall or 6.0 CGPA for SC, ST, or PwD students) in

  1. A minimum of three years of full-time study in a B.Sc., B.Sc. (Hons), BCA, BIT, or B.Voc. (Computer Science/Computer Applications) from an accredited university with mathematics or statistics as one of the courses OR
