Scholarships at NMIMS Mumbai

1. Central Sector Scheme (Government Scholarship)

This scholarship supports students from economically weaker sections (General, SC, ST, PwD) who meet the eligibility requirements:

• Minimum 80th percentile in Class XII

• Annual family income below ₹6 lakh

Benefits:

• UG students: ₹1,000 per month (up to 3 years)

• PG/Professional courses: ₹2,000 per month, including support during the 4th & 5th years of integrated programs

2. Mirae Asset Foundation Scholarships (Need-cum-Merit Based)

• Offered to MBA students at the School of Business Management (SBM), NMIMS

• Provides financial support of up to ₹30 lakh in total

• Selection based on academic merit and family income (typically less than ₹8 lakh annually)

3. Merit-Based Scholarships (Academic Excellence)

• Awarded to students in the top 10 percentile of their class

• Includes partial or full tuition fee waivers

• The prestigious Chancellor’s Scholarship grants ₹2 lakh to outstanding first-year students
