Lucknow University Scholarships

The scholarship is a monetary or financial award that is given to students who prove themselves to be aspiring and promising in terms of their study and sometimes even regarding their attendance as well. Mohammad Ali Mohammad Khan founded Lucknow University during the time of 1867.

Currently, the university is one of the well known and reputed one in entire India. The university has recently implemented an excellent opportunity for the CBSE students of class 10+2. According to the scheme, the top ten ranking students will be given a scholarship that offers admission fee concession.

Lucknow University has faced the deficiency of talented students due to their slow admission and counselling process in the past years. This time the top ten scholarships holders are going to be free from all these additional counselling and interview processes.

Lucknow University has also taken the initiative for postgraduate students as well in terms of financial aid. The aspiring students have to face a lot of problems if they intended to apply for more than one subject for their respective postgraduate course.

Presently the university has allowed them to fill more than one subject in a particular form in this way the students are getting relief from both the financial and time-consuming process.

  • Indira Gandhi Scholarship: To support the further education of the single female child of parents can avail this scholarship, which offers money amounting 3,100 INR per month for a time of two years.
  • Scholarship for postgraduates: A student who is a postgraduate level rank holder of Lucknow university can apply for this scholarship scheme. According to the scheme the scholarship winner will be given 3,100 INR per month for two years. 
  • SC ST Scholarship: there is a special scholarship is provided by the Lucknow University. This scholarship only can be availed by the students who belong to Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe category.
