At the UG level, Karunya University provides B.Sc in two specialties and B.Tech in Regular and Lateral Entry modalities in numerous specializations.
Candidates must have completed their 10+2 coursework with 45% in PCM subjects in order to be eligible for B.Tech and B.Sc. degrees. A diploma in the relevant discipline is needed for lateral entry.

The university also provides full-time and part-time MBA programs at the PG level in five specializations. A Bachelor’s degree is required for applicants to be admitted.
