The Indian School of Business (ISB) Hyderabad achieved another successful placement season in 2025, reaffirming its reputation as one of India’s top B-schools for career outcomes.

According to the ISB Hyderabad Placement Report 2025, a total of 364 companies participated in the recruitment process, extending 1,164 job offers to students. The Consulting, Technology, and BFSI sectors dominated the placement drive, contributing to over 75% of total offers. Additionally, ISB received 44 international offers, reflecting its growing global presence.

The top four recruiting domains were:

• Consulting

• Technology

• Finance

• FMCG/Retail

More than 60 new recruiters participated this year, collectively making 180+ offers, while 20+ organizations each made over 10 offers.

Prominent recruiters included Bajaj Finserv, Deloitte, Flipkart, McKinsey & Company, Nykaa, HCL Technologies, and others.

The data shows that Consulting and Technology sectors continue to lead placements, together accounting for nearly two-thirds of total offers.

ISB Hyderabad Placement Trends (2022–2024)

• Placements for the PGP program concluded successfully.

• 394 recruiters participated, making a total of 1,206 offers.

• The graduating batch comprised 49% engineering and 51% non-engineering backgrounds.

• The average work experience ranged from 2–24 months.

• About 40% of the batch were women candidates.

• 71% of graduates switched industries, while 75% transitioned to new functions.

• Consulting and Technology emerged as the leading recruiting domains.

• Achieved 99.4% placements.

• Average package rose by 1.5% to INR 33.25 LPA.

• The highest package for the top 80% increased by 10%, reaching INR 66 LPA.

• A total of 1,609 offers were made to a batch of 845 students.

• 324 recruiters participated in the drive.

• Top recruiters included Accenture, Amazon, Bain & Company, Barclays India, Deloitte, among others.
