Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology Placements 2023
The Placement Cell of IIST continually liaisons with industry, R&D organizations, and management organizations, with the foresight of Training, Career-Guidance, Internship/Project, and Campus Placements. The Placement Cell works closely in line with the policies of the Institute and tries to coherently match the interests of students with an appropriate job profile.
- Full time Placement.(Joining in June/July 2022)
- 2-month summer internship (June – July) [BTech + MTech]
- 1 year internship starting in June/July [MTech]
- Industry partnered research internship (6 months at IIST + 6 months in industry) [MTech]
- 6 month internships (starting June/July [MTech] or Jan [BTech + MTech(In selected branches)])
The Placement Season begins in August/September and goes on till May.
Students’ availability:
The total strength of students in 2023-2024 for campus placement are furnished below;
- B.Tech – Aerospace Engineering – 64 students.
- B.Tech – ECE (Avionics) – 60 students.
- Dual Degree – 22 students
- M.Tech – 124 students (including all the branches)
