IIM Udaipur Admission Criteria 2024 for MBA

IIMU offers a full-time residential MBA program for a duration of 2-years. Bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks in aggregate is the desired eligibility criteria for this program.

IIM Udaipur Admission Criteria for MBA Selection

Admission to IIMU is a three-step selection process. Firstly, interested candidates are required to appear for CAT Examination. The qualified candidates have to further take part in CAP consisting of Personal Appearance process (PI) 

Step 1: CAT Examination: A good CAT score is a preliminary requirement to be eligible for admission to IIMs. Candidates with a valid score will be called for the further admission rounds.

Step 2: Shortlisting for Personal Appearance (PA) say, PI: Those candidates who have secured a minimum required sectional cut off will be called for the PI round. Check the minimum sectional cut off as given below:

How to Apply for IIM Udaipur MBA?

For admission to MBA programme, IIM Udaipur conducts CAT, in association with other 20 IIMs of the country. To fill the application form, aspirants are requested to follow the given steps:

1. Visit the official website of CAT.
2. Click on New Registration.
3. Fill in all the required details and provide a valid email and phone number.
4. Applicants will receive a user id and password for further use.
5. Enter the OTP and click on Validate OTP and submit after entering the Captcha Code.
6. Check on “I Agree” and submit CAT application form.
7. After submitting the details, a message on registered mobile number containing the Password and an email containing the User ID will be sent.
8. Post successful completion of CAT Registration, a unique login id and password is generated.
9. These credentials are vital for filling CAT Application Form.

IIM Udaipur EMBA – Executive MBA Program

• Upon fulfilling all program requirements, including examination criteria, participants will be conferred with a Master of Business Administration degree by IIM Udaipur. Additionally, they will attain the status of IIM Udaipur Alumni.

IIM Udaipur Admission Criteria 2024 for MBA (GSCM) & MBA (DEM)

IIMU offers one year MBA Global Supply Chain Management (GSCM) and MBA Digital Enterprise Management (DEM) Program.

IIM Udaipur MBA (GCSM) & MBA (DEM) Eligibility

The following eligibility must be satisfied by candidates in order to apply for any of the programmes:

• Candidates must have completed 10+2 and 3-year Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any discipline.
• Candidates must have a minimum work experience of 3-years as on March 31 of the admission year.
• Candidates are also required to possess a valid CAT/GMAT/GRE score.

IIM Udaipur MBA (GCSM) & MBA (DEM) Selection Process

The selection process for 1-year MBA (GSCM) and MBA (DEM) will be carried out in the following steps:

Step 1: After successfully filling the application form, candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of eligibility criteria.

Steps 2: Further, eligible candidates will be called for second round i.e Personal Interview.

Steps 3: A provisional offer of IIM Udaipur course admissions will be made on the basis of a candidate’s demographic profile, academic profile, work experience, CAT/GMAT/GRE score and personal interview.

IIM Udaipur course admissions for  1-year MBA (GSCM) program can be filled by following the stepwise procedure as listed below:

3. Select ‘One year MBA (GSCM) or MBA (DEM)’ programme.

Candidates for the PGDBA-WE program are chosen through an evaluation of their comprehensive academic background, professional experience, scores in exams such as the GMAT, GRE, CAT, or IIMU Test, and their performance in the personal interview.

IIM Udaipur PGDBAWE Eligibility

The minimum eligibility requirement for admission to PGDBAWE course is mentioned beneath: 

• Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Candidates must have a minimum 3-years of full-time post qualification experience as on June 30 of the admission year.
• Selected candidates will receive an admission offer based on their overall academic background, professional experience, scores in exams such as the GMAT, GRE, CAT, or IIMU Test, and their performance in the personal interview.
• If the candidate does not have any of the above score then he or she needs to appear in IIMU test, conducted by IIM Udaipur.

IIM Udaipur Admission Criteria for PGDBAWE

Admission to PGDBA for Working Executives is based on the entrance test and overall profile of the candidate.

IIMU Exam Pattern

• • IIMU Test will be conducted online.
• The test will have multiple choice questions.
• There will be 3 tests in IIMU namely Verbal Ability & Reading Comprehension, Logical Reasoning and Quantitative Ability & Data Interpretation.
• Each test will have 40 questions which will be of 40 marks.
• The duration of IIMU Test will be 120 minutes.

IIM Udaipur offers full-time Ph.D in Management for a duration of 5 years. There are 4 specialisations in the programmes namely:

IIM Udaipur Ph.D. Eligibility

The eligibility for IIM Udaipur Admission to Ph.D. course is mentioned as follows:

• Candidates must have a Master’s Degree in any discipline, with at least 55% marks and a Bachelor’s degree/equivalent qualification with at least 50% marks 

          OR

IIM Udaipur Course Admission Criteria for Ph.D. Selection

The IIM Udaipur Admission Criteria of Ph.D. is a 2 steps process as mentioned beneath:

Step 1: Screening of Applications 

Steps 2: After screening of applications the shortlisted candidates will be called for research Aptitude Test (RAT) and Personal Interview

NOTE: In case of OBHRM, the institute will not conduct RAT. After secreening of applications, candidate shave to appear for PI and submit State of Purpose.
