The final report of IIM Rohtak’s 2023 placement drive has been released, showing a 16.7% increase in the average salary, which stood at INR 18.73 LPA. The highest salary reached INR 36 LPA, with 37+ PPOs offered to students. All 237 participating students achieved 100% placements.
The BFSI/Finance/FinTech sectors offered the most positions during the placement drive, while consulting was the top function.
Over 120 recruiters participated, including 45 new recruiters. Among the top recruiters were AB InBev, Accenture, Barclays, BYJU’s, and Capgemini.

The highest salary offered was INR 36 LPA, with an average salary of INR 18.73 LPA. The top 10% of students received an average salary of INR 34.68 LPA, while the top 25% received INR 27.15 LPA and the top 50% received INR 22.64 LPA. The median salary stood at INR 17.5 LPA.
