Campus Facilities

IIM Rohtak Campus:

Indian Institute of Management Rohtak is situated at Sunaria village, which is 75 kilometres from Delhi international airport. IIM Rohtak campus has spread over an area of 200 acres is strategically located on National Highway – 10, so it is well connected to Delhi. Established in 2009, it is the eighth Indian Institute of Management also the first IIM in North India and the only IIM in National Capital Region.

IIM Rohtak provides all with the basic facilities to the students and faculty to make their life comfortable in the campus. The basic facilities include – different administrative block, lecture rooms, library, computer centre, board rooms and seminar hall.

The IIM Rohtak library has more than 5,000 books, online subscription to 57 print journals or magazines and 35 e-databases. All the buildings in the campus are connected to each other through a fibre optic backbone network which is controlled by the Resources Centre.

The centre also maintains other services like e-mail server, online learning system and intranet portal etc. Apart from that, the institute has a Seminar hall with a seating capacity for 1000 people and a Finance lab with 12 Bloomberg terminals.  

IIT Rohtak hostels are provided with all the basic amenities to make its students stay comfortable. Along with these, the IIM Rohtak new campus provides modern sports facilities like cricket, football, basketball, volleyball, lawn tennis, badminton, athletics, swimming, squash, gymnasium, table tennis, carrom and chess.

IIM Rohtak has a total number of 13 committees and 10 clubs. All the student-driven clubs and committees support the administration in carrying out non-academic activities related to the institute.

There are Public Relations Cell, which is responsible for promotion and brand building, Placement Committee for carrying out placement activities, Alumni Committee is responsible for organising alumni engagement activities and Entrepreneurship Cell is responsible for promoting entrepreneurship and organising related activities.

There are other committees like the Academic Committee for academic matters, Cultural Committee for cultural activities, Elections & Auditing Committee for auditing and conducting elections, Hospitality Committee for managing student mess, Industrial Relations & Interaction Cell for corporate engagement, IT Committee for IT related matters, Sports Committee for sports activities, Student Council for coordination between clubs and Training Cell for skill development and others.

In addition to that, the institution also has different clubs like FI Club -Finance & Investment, Humane-R Club – human resources, ITernity Club -information technology, Marque Club – marketing, Supply Chain & Operations Management Club, Strategy & Consulting Club, explore Club – film and photography, Social Development Projects Cell and Voice Club – public speaking.
