- Financial Aid: Scholarships and financial aid are available based on need.
Doctoral Programme (PhD)
The doctoral programme is fully funded and no tuition is charged to admitted students.
All admitted PhD scholars are supported with a stipend of INR 75,000 per month. The stipend is guaranteed for four years, including breaks between terms, subject to the applicant clearing all internal reviews, examinations and assessments as necessary. It can be extended to the Fifth year if the Supervisor and Research Committee approves the extension on the submission of a viable completion plan for the Fifth year.
The stipend is intended to cover all living expenses for the PhD scholar. Housing will not be provided separately, though PhD scholars are welcome to seek assistance from the University administration to identify housing options.
