It was established in 2010 and its main campus is located at Paralakhemundi in the Gajapati district. The university has been accredited by NAAC with an 'A' Grade and it offers under-graduate, post-graduate and doctoral courses in the fields of Engineering & Technology, Management and Applied Sciences. It has around 10,000 students. Its constituent campus is located at Jatni, on the fringes of Bhubaneswar. Course Overview 

1. MBA in Rural & Urban Development Management aims to sensitize students about the complexity of rural and urban society, factors influencing rural and urban realities, interface between various sectors and interaction between the state, market and society in the development process. Teaching involves both the classroom sessions and the most important mandatory field engagement. The insights that emerge from classroom learning and the hands-on practical experiences from the field engagement will make students conceptually strong and successful in the professional practice of rural and urban development.

The teaching methodology uses a blend of cutting-edge knowledge of modern management sciences and skills, critical thinking and practices needed for optimum utilization and management of human and other valuable scarce resources for effective rural/ urban development. Students graduating with an MBA in Rural and Urban Development are prepared to take up leadership positions in national and international development organisations apart from being in responsible positions in government and research entities.

Programme Duration: 2 years

Eligibility: Graduation in any discipline (+Interview)

MBA  in Organizational Effectiveness: CUTM is expanding its MBA offering in collaboration with the Centre for Outreach and Strategic Alliances (COSA), Mumbai for candidates eager to be in business leadership positions and to shape the contours of the future of work in these ever-changing times. With this UNIQUE,  MBA  in Organizational Effectiveness, first time in India, we address the major challenges in business and society- leading and managing organizational change; technology and innovation; and the changing mindset of talent. Keeping in mind, the nature of the programme and pedagogy, this programme will be offered through our MUMBAI Centre.

We prepare the MBA in OE students to be JOB READY, with adequate FIELD EXPOSURE during their studies, following the principles of action learning. Students will be placed in various business organisations during the FOUR semesters, within different management functions.  During field immersion, students will conceptualize and carry out projects for companies. This will not only give ample opportunities for students to gain professional expertise but to understand the relevance of existing knowledge and to create new business knowledge.

This MBA  in Organizational Effectiveness offers unique tailoring of content relevant to candidates with work experience and exposure to the business. We have identified both national and international faculty to teach this programme and interested students will have the opportunity to do their field internships in organisations outside India.  Students of this programme also have opportunities for interaction and exposure to collaborative projects with students from certain universities outside India to enhance their cross-cultural competence.
