One of the first self-financing Engineering College has the name of Bharath Institute of Science and Technology (BIST) which was initiated in Tamil Nadu in the year 1984 by Sri Lakshmi Ammal Educational Trust, recognized by the academic visionary Dr. S. Jagathrakshakan. The trust then began Sree Balaji Dental College and Hospital, in the year 1989. Under section 3 of the UGC Act 1956, Sree Balaji Dental College and Hospital was initially accepted as a Deemed to be University by MHRD in the year 2002, which is now a new trust known as Bharath Institute of Higher Education and Research (BIHER). In Jan 2003, The BIST was brought under the name of the Bharath Institute of Higher Education and Research (BIHER).

Nearly 10,000 students across the globe are getting multi-stream, multi-cultural and great quality education in Bharath Institute of Higher Education and Research (BIHER). It is functioning in an extensive area of 305 acres of land with 1.3 crore sq. Ft buildings located in 6 Campuses both in Tamil Nadu and Puducherry, with a state-of-the-art infrastructure facility. They have a well-qualified Teaching Faculty to train their students in various UG and PG programmed and to guide their Ph.D. Researches. BEEE 2019 Exam Date

BEEE is the entrance exam conducted by the Bharath University to select candidates for their 2019 batch.  The exam is held for the various undergrad and postgrad courses offered by the university. The exam will be conducted in both pen-paper and online mode. BEEE is conducted in two phases: phase 1 is solely meant for candidates applying from the state of Andhra Pradesh, phase 2 is applicable to all the candidates who belong to any state in India.

For the scholarly year 2019, it is planned for April 15 to 18 in online mode and April 14 to 15 in offline mode (conditional). BEEE Application Forms will be accessible in the long stretch of December 2018. The application charge is INR 1000. Candidates must satisfy the entire qualification criteria before applying for the program. BEEE 2019 Eligibility Criteria

It is basic to coordinate the qualification criteria so as to apply for Bharath Engineering Entrance Examination. Nationality: any aspiring candidate has to be a citizen of India and has to pass the 10th and 12th standard examinations from any board recognized in India (state or CBSE).

Age prerequisites: Candidates who have not finished 25 years old as on July 1, 2018 are qualified to apply for BEEE 2018.

Educational: Candidates who are appearing for class XII final exam or equivalent examination are eligible to apply for BEEE 2018. Applicants need to pass class XII from any state board/CBSE, New Delhi/CISCE, New Delhi/National Institute of Open School/Intermediate or two-year Pre-University test led by a perceived board or University/High School Certificate Examination of the Cambridge University or identical.

B. Tech •             A pass in 10+2 or its equivalent with a minimum average of 60 % of marks in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics or Biology (PCM / PCB).

 

•             A pass in 10+2 or its equivalent with 50% average marks in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics or Biology (PCM / PCB) for Candidates belonging to SC / ST categories.

 

•             Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics (PCM) candidates with a minimum of 50% marks are eligible for all the Programs.

 

•             Material science, Chemistry and Biology (PCB) hopefuls are qualified just for B. Tech, Bioinformatics, Bio – Medical Engineering and Industrial Biotechnology, Bio – Engineering programs.

•             Candidates appearing for the 10+2 examination in March / April of the respective years are also eligible to apply.

 

Lateral Entry •             A Diploma/B.Sc. (Science Group Only) are qualified to apply for this selection tests.
B. Arch •             An aggregate of 50% in any stream of 10+2 is mandatory. The National Aptitude Test for Architecture (NATA) scores are a mandatory factor for admissions to any architecture course.
M. Arch •             A minimum of 50% or any equivalent score in Bachelor of Architecture degree course.
MBA •             Any undergraduate course with first class that is 60% aggregate, or any equivalent is permitted.
M. Tech •             Admissions, 60% marks in aggregate in B.E/B. Tech or any equivalent accepted by UGC/AICTE are eligible for respective course.

BEEE 2019 Registration

A candidate can fill in and submit their application form in both offline and online mode. The candidate must fill in all their details such as personal information, contact address, educational qualifications, email ID, Mobile Number. etc. in the form. Candidates should upload the required documents such as 10+2 graduation certificate, degree graduation certificate, NATA mark sheet etc.  Candidates must pay their respective application fee through online methods or through Demand Draft (DD). The candidates must submit their application form prior the last date. Any option is acceptable before the last date and the entries received after the last date will be rejected, even if the DD is attached.

Application form •             The Application Forms will be available both in online and offline mode.

Online Registration Form can be filled from the website www.bharathuniv.ac.in. Candidates can register themselves and pay online.

Online •             Application Form could be filled online, and this form can be downloaded and sent to the University with the DD for Rs.750/- drawn in favor of Bharath University, payable at Chennai. The candidates must submit their application form prior to the expiration date. The name of the candidate and address should be written on the backside of the DD. Candidates application form will be administered only upon receiving the DD.
Offline •             Aspirants can have the option to obtain the application form upon the payment of Rs 750/- from any of the sources. You can fill up the hard copy of the application form and attach DD of exam fee. After this process you can send it to the University in such a way that it reaches before time.

BEEE 2019 Exam Pattern

Given below is the exam pattern of BEEE 2019 exam. This will be your guide to decide and for your study strategy. Please follow the below mentioned pattern and prepare accordingly.

  • There are 3 papers that make up the exam
  • Language of exam will be English
  • Objective type questions. Both in pen-paper and online mode
  • There will be 4 papers, each of 100 marks. Candidates will have to appear in 3 out of the 4 papers (biology and math are options)
  • The exam consists of Multiple-Choice Question type.
  • Each question carries one mark
  • There will be 0 questions from each section: math (biology), physics, chemistry and 10 marks from English.
  • All questions are compulsory to answer
  • Duration of exam is 3 hours
  • Candidates should be present in either online or offline during the examination for them to be eligible
  • While offline exams have a fixed day schedule while online test-takers have the liberty of time schedule. Appearing for both the methods is impossible
  • For offline candidates, answers must be marked in a separate OMR sheet, provided with question paper. The appearing candidates should bubble their respective option with a black or blue ball pen.
  • Difficulty level is almost same as expected. Equal weightage for all the subjects.
  • No negative marking for any papers

BEEE Cutoff

Cutoff is the minimum score that candidates need to obtain for admission into various engineering courses offered by Bharath University. The cut-off marks for the BEEE 2019 will be declared by Bharath Institute of Higher Education and Research, Bharath University, Chennai, after the declaration of the results of the year’s BEEE 2018.
