The State Government of Uttar Pradesh placed a Subordinate Services Selection Board by an Ordinance in 1988 which was amended by replacing through act No.7 of 1988, for immediate recruitment to all such group ‘C’ posts as may be designated by the State Government by notification in this place.
The Board was further entitled to consider the request of an unspecified authority, Government Corporation, owned or controlled by the Government for such recruitment to posts there under. Board is a corporate entity separate from the Government.
Afterwards in 1990 on 31st May above Board was terminated and converted into a Commission with a Chairman and highest of five members.

Age Limitation:
The candidate must between the age of 21 to 40 years as on 01st July 2019 respectively.
Educational Qualification required:
- The candidate who has Qualified intermediate with science from UP Secondary board or equivalent
- Should have two years homoeopathy pharmacy and 3 months training in homoeopathy from the Government recognized institute.
- It is also recorded in UP Homoeopathy Council.
Pay Scale:
The pay scale shall be 29200-92300 Level 5 (Grade pay – 2800/-) respectively
Application Fee:
- General & OBC Candidates-Rs. 185/- (Application Fee Rs. 160/- + Online Application Fee Rs. 25/-)
- SC/ ST Candidates Rs. 95/- (Application Fee Rs. 70/- + Online Application Fee Rs. 25/-)
- PWD Candidates online application fee Rs. 25/-.
Also, candidates shall note that the directed fee can be paid only through credit card/debit card/internet banking or SBI e-challan. Charges cannot be paid through any other mode. And applications of the candidates will remain inadequate till their payment of fee is completed.
