- Shabnam Priyadarshini completed her PhD in Psychology from Panjab University, Chandigarh on a UGC Fellowship.
- She has a rich experience in teaching and research in B schools spread over two decades. She has been taking courses on Organisation Behaviour, I/O Psychology, Psychometrics, Business Research, HR Analytics during her academic endeavour.
- She has also been taking workshops on Business Research and the use of SPSS, personality, emotional intelligence, gender sensitization, etc.
- She has guided several research dissertations at PG level (MBA) in the area of Marketing and HR.
- She is also a qualified and accredited test administrator for MBTI, Thomas International PPA – HJA and 16PF.
