Minimum Educational Qualifications (01/03/2019)
- A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognized by the Govt. of India OR any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government.
- Candidates should be Graduate from any discipline from a recognized university with minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PWD candidates).
Selection Procedure IDBI Executive Recruitment Notification 2019
The selection process will comprise of Online Test followed by personal interview of the candidates, who have qualified in the online test.

- The above tests except the Tests of English Language will be available bilingually, i.e. English and Hindi.
- Penalty for Wrong Answers – For each question for which a wrong answer has been given by the candidate, one fourth or 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty to arrive at corrected score.
- If a question is left blank, i.e. no answer is marked by the candidate; there will be no penalty for that question.
How to Apply IDBI Executive Recruitment Notification 2019
Candidates can apply through link provided below or they can also apply through official site of the IDBI Bank till April 15th, 2019.
On successful completion of a period of 3 years of contractual service, such appointees may become eligible for appointment as Assistant Manager (Grade A) in IDBI Bank through a selection process that would be conducted by IDBI Bank for IDBI Bank Recruitment 2019.
The Executive will be paid a lump sum/fixed remuneration as mentioned below:
- Rs.22,000/- per month in the first year,
- Rs.24,000/- per month in the second year and
- Rs.27,000/- per month in the third year of service.
These executives shall not be entitled to draw any allowances such as DA, HRA, etc.
