ITM Business School, Kharghar, HR department, invited Guest Mrs. Banashree Basu (HR Business Partners) in Pidilite Industries Limited for a guest lecture on 29th Sept 2018 for PGDM-HR (2017-19) batch.
Mrs. Banashree shared key learning from her experience in various fields of HR. Some of the insights included the need to take initiative, changing the role of HR and the importance of the HR operations department.
She also debunked some common HR perceptions and provided valuable advice and suggestions to issues faced by the students during their work and internship experience.
It was a wonderful learning experience since the session content was pre-planned and tailored to suit the needs of the students.
