Like last year, SCMHRD had different lateral and fresher process in the Final Placement process to enable companies to choose from over 50% of the batch which had prior work experience. The average compensation for the Lateral hires was Rs. 9.3 Lakhs per annum.

The complete placement process was completed with an average of 2.01 offers for students. Also this year saw a high of 52 pre-placement offers of which 31 were accepted. The average domestic compensation was Rs. 8.4 Lakhs per annum while the average international compensation was $85,000 per annum. The median salary was 7.5 Lakhs per annum.
