The central board of secondary examination always conduct their 10th and 12th standard board examination on the 1st of March. Yesterday an announcement was made that the board examination for the 10th and 12th standard will be starting on February 15, 2020 instead of March 1, 2020. The date of the examination has been changed suddenly in 2019 so that the board exams can match with the examination of the universities.
The students who are appearing for the CBSE 10th standard and 12th standard board exam has to make a note of the following important dates.

|Starting date of the 10th standard and 12th standard exam date||February 15, 2020.|
The date of the practical examination for 10th standard and 12th standard has also been changed from the middle of December to the 10th of January 2020. The CBSE has announced that the sample question papers will be released in the official website of the Central Board of Secondary Education, www.cbseacademic.nic.in. The sample papers were released on the official website in September, 2019.
Only the date of the examination has been released and the time table of board examination for 10th standard and 12th standard is yet to be announced. But there are a lot of speculations that the English examination will be the 1st examination since there are many numbers of students who have opted for English as their first language.
This year the CBSE board has also made changes in the examination pattern. The multiple-Choice questions are a new addition this year. 20 MCQ questions will be asked.
