All India Bar Examination is to examine an advocate’s capability to practice the profession of law in India. It will assess skills at a basic level, and is intended to set a minimum benchmark for admission to the practice of law; AIBE addresses a candidate’s analytical abilities and understanding basic knowledge of the law. After passing the exam candidate will be awarded “Certificate of Practice” by the Bar Council of India. It will be conducted in 40 cities all across India.

Candidates will have 11 languages to choose for attempting the exam. The Examination pattern will be multiple choice question, and it will be open book exam, notification bringing the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) into force was passed by the Legal Education Committee & the members of the Bar Council of India (BCI) at duly constituted meetings on 10th April 2010 and 30 April 2010.

All India Bar Examination Result 2019 has been announced by the Bar Council of India. Meanwhile, the All India Bar Examination was conducted on December 23, 2018, and the result is announced at the official website of BCI. In order to check the AIBE 13 2019 result, candidates need to login to the official website of BCI and click on the result link that is available at the homepage. After that, candidates must enter their assigned roll number and date of birth in the respective box and check the result by clicking on the “Submit” button. However, some difficulty may be faced by candidates while checking the AIBE 2019 result, wherein it is advised for candidates to keep their patience and refresh the page again to view the result.

Candidate’s roll number is one of the important credentials that are needed to check the result. Candidate can fetch their roll number either from the printout the admit card or retrieve it from the official website in case they forget it. In order to retrieve the admit card, candidates need to click on the “Find Roll Number” button on the left side of the homepage and enter the unique registration ID or mobile number and date of birth and then click on the submit button.

Importantly, candidates qualifying the AIBE 13 2019 exam will be issued a ‘Certificate of Practice’, and will be eligible to practice Law in India. Candidates need to obtain minimum cutoff marks as decided by BCI in order to qualify the exam. Candidates need to get at least 40% marks out of 100 to meet the cutoff threshold.

In case, a candidate is not fully satisfied with his result, BCI allows candidates to submit an application for re-checking. The application form for re-checking can only be submitted through online mode at the official website of BCI. Candidates can download the All India Bar exam 2019 application form for Re-checking AIBE result, fill in the required details and pay the application fee to process the request. Candidates must note the AIBE 2019 re-checked result will be announced within 7 working days after the revaluation request was received.
