SSC CPO 2019 Eligibility Criteria
The SSC has some eligibility criteria that have to be followed by the aspirants. The eligibility criteria are as follows:
a). Nationality:
As per the norms set by SSC, the aspirant can be any of the following nationality:
- Citizen of India
- Subject of Nepal
- Subject of Bhutan
- A Tibetan refugee came over to India before January 1st, 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India.
- A person from Indian origin migrated from Pakistan, Burma, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, Zambia, United Republic of Tanzania, Sri Lanka, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, Vietnam, with the intention of permanently settling in India.
b). Age Limit:

SSC CPO 2019 Registration
The candidates have to register themselves for appearing in the SSC CPO exam.
The steps applying for the exam are as follows:
- Visit the official website https://ssc.nic.in
- Click on the apply button given on the website
- The new registration link window will appear on the screen
- Click on the new registration in SSC CPO application window
- Then click on the submit button
- To begin with the registration the candidates have to give the basic details like name, date of birth, email id, mobile number etc.
- Click on the submit button to submit the registration form of SSC CPO
- Now the candidates are required to login with the provided registration ID, date of birth and password to complete the registration of SSC CPO
- Now upload the photograph and signature. The photograph should be recent colored passport size and it must be more than 4 KB in size and less than 12 KB. The photo resolution must be 100*120 pixels in width and height.
- The signature must be in black or blue ink in the white sheet. The scanned copy of sign must be in JPG format and it should be more than 1 KB in size and less than 12 KB. The resolution for signature should be 40*60 pixels in width and height.

SSC CPO 2019 Exam Pattern
The candidates who are applying for the exam of SSC CPO have to first know the exam pattern. Then they will be able to prepare for the exam. It is crucial to know the structure of the exam pattern that needs to be prepared in and out for the upcoming SSC CPO exam.
The SSC CPO exam has 3 different stages and the candidates have to clear in order to get selected for the various posts. The SSC CPO paper 1 is objective type question paper. Paper 2 exams are English comprehension test, while PET/PST test is conducted to check the endurance of the candidate.
The question in the paper 1 will be set in English and Hindi in parts A, B, and C. There will be negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer in both the paper 1 and paper 2.
