The placement drive for 2023 at XIM University has successfully concluded with a 100% placement rate. The university achieved an impressive highest package of INR 71.51 LPA, while the average package stood at INR 20.03 LPA. Over 100 recruiters from diverse sectors actively participated in the placement process. Notably, the manufacturing sector accounted for the highest number of offers (26%), closely followed by the IT/ITES sector (25%). During the placement sessions, students secured diverse job roles such as Risk Management, Strategic Consulting, and Corporate Planning, among others.

XIM University placement cells provides placement assistance to students. The committee which is responsible for this is known as the Career Advisory Services. School of Rural Management (MBA-RM):

The School of Rural Management, XIM University (MBA-RM) continuing its legacy of churning out exceptional talents for 27 years and imparting quality education since its inception concluded its Final Placement season for the Batch 2021-23. The XIM University Bhubaneswar placement trend this year stood as an epitome of the possibility of achieving greater heights by witnessing placements breaking all the records that ever existed in the history of the School of Rural Management, XIM University. Xuberance ‘23 witnessed a grand success with 100% XIM University MBA Placement within the record time, securing 81 offers for 56 students, where a sizeable number of prestigious first-time recruiters were efficiently onboarded onto the campus recruitment drive, along with some of the major legacy recruiters who have recently opened up new marquee roles for candidates across diverse job profiles.

The average CTC has seen a remarkable increase of over 57% as compared to the previous year. The students received competitive and a multitude of roles encompassing all sectors like – Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI), Development, Consultancy, Marketing, NBFC-MFI, and Financial Inclusion amongst others, that participated in the process. which is a testament to our resolve to reach the pinnacle of success. The present trend highlighted a special focus on Development Consultancy and Financial Inclusion. For the first time in the history of MBA-RM, International offers were extended to our Students in Agri-Business Sector, ARISE Integrated Industrial Platforms offering the highest overseas CTC standing at 46.7 LPA. The highest domestic package was offered by Tata Capital standing at 15.3 LPA.
