1. Direct Interview (Without Entrance Exam):

2. Entrance Test Route (VTU-ETR):

  • The test consists of two components:

    • 50% Research Methodology

    • 50% Subject-Specific Questions

  • Qualified candidates are called for an interview, and the final selection is based on:

    • 70% weightage to VTU-ETR score

    • 30% weightage to interview performance
