SSBF Pune – Scholarships and Awards

Symbiosis International (Deemed) University offers a range of scholarships and awards to meritorious and deserving students enrolled at SSBF. These recognitions are aimed at supporting academic excellence, sports talent, and holistic development.

University-Level Scholarships

1. Post Graduate Merit Scholarship

   • Awarded to the semester topper with a minimum GPA of 7.50.

   • The recipient receives a 50% concession on the academic fee for that specific semester.

2. Sports Scholarship by University Sports Board

   • The Symbiosis Sports Board awards a scholarship of ₹24,000 per annum to 5 outstanding sportspersons of the university each year.

   • Recognises excellence in sports at university and national levels.

3. Late Jayatee Deshmukh Award

   • This gold medal is presented to the Best Outgoing Girl Student during the convocation.

   • Selection is based on academic achievements, along with contributions in extracurricular, cultural, sports, and social activities.

4. Late Satpal Malhotra Medal of Excellence in Business Management

   • Sponsored by the Weikfield Foundation, this award honors exceptional performance in Business Management studies.

Industry-Sponsored Scholarships – CRIF High Mark

SSBF has partnered with CRIF High Mark, a leading credit information bureau in India, to offer the following:

• Annual Scholarship of ₹1 Lakh

  • Granted to a student from an economically weaker section, based on academic performance.

• Outstanding Student Trophy

  • Awarded each year to a student who excels both academically and in extracurricular activities.
