SIBM Pune Placements 2023
The SIBM Pune Placements 2023 have recently ended and there has been a growth of 14% in comparison to the previous year. The highest package offered by SIBM Pune was INR 35.05 LPA while the SIBM Pune Average Package stood at INR 26.77 LPA. Moreover, 111 pre-placement offers were extended to the students, and a total of 105+ recruiters participated, which included 58 legacy recruiters and 49 new recruiters. Among the prominent recruiters were Accenture Strategy, Aditya Birla Capital, American Express, Barclays, and HSBC, who were present in the recruitment process from different sectors. The BFSI and FMCG/FMCD sectors offered the highest number of placements to the students.
Additionally, the summer internship placements for the 2022-24 batch of SIBM Pune have also been concluded. The highest stipend offered to the students was INR 4 lakhs per month, while the average stipend stood at INR 2.91 lakhs per month.

In the Summer Internship Placements for the 2022-24 batch of SIBM Pune, the highest stipend offered was INR 4 Lakhs per month, while the average and median stipends were INR 2.91 Lakhs and INR 3.1 Lakhs per month, respectively. A significant number of students, 71% of the participating batch, received stipends of more than INR 2.5 Lakhs per month. The job roles offered to the students spanned across various domains, including Product Management, Supply Chain, and Human Resources.
In the subsequent year, during the Summer Internship Placements for the 2023 batch, more than 75 recruiters visited the campus, including prominent ones like Abott, Asian Paints, ITC, Deloitte, and Intel. The highest stipend offered during the recruitment drive was INR 3.5 Lakhs per month, while the average and median stipends were INR 2.33 Lakhs and INR 2.31 Lakhs per month, respectively.
