Candidates are admitted to the undergraduate and postgraduate level courses on the basis of marks obtained in the entrance examination conducted by the Anna University each year. Admission to all the courses is taken as per norms and guidelines of the Government of Tamilnadu or Anna University. 

SJCE Chennai Admissions Highlights

• St Joseph College of Engineering admission to the undergraduate level B.E or B.Tech courses is conducted through TNEA scores, conducted by the Anna University each year. All applicants must pass 12th examination from the state board or any recognized board to be eligible to apply for the course. Besides, candidates can also apply directly through Management Quota.

• For Postgraduate level M.E or M.Tech courses candidates are admitted to the course based on marks obtained in TANCET, conducted by Anna university Chennai every year. All applicants must have any Undergraduate level degree in any appropriate stream also need to pass the class 12th examination or any other examination from any recognized authority which is accepted by the Syndicate of Anna University.
