St. Aloysius College was inaugurated in 1880 and is a private autonomous college established in Mangalore, Karnataka. The college is affiliated with Mangalore University, Mangalore. There are 6 UG programs viz. BA, B.Sc, B.Com, BCA, BBA, and BSW and 6 PG programs viz. MA, MSc, MCA, MBA, M.Com, MSW. St. Aloysius College, Mangalore also offers PG Diploma programs.

Candidates have to apply offline for each UG, PG, and PG Diploma program.
The application form is made available at the college campus and on the website of the college as well.

Payment of the application fee shall be done in cash or through DD as well.
Students who have passed 10+2 in relevant stream are eligible to apply for UG admission.
Candidates who have Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline are considered eligible to apply for admission to PG courses.
The minimum eligibility requirement for PG Diploma program admission is candidates must have any UG or PG Degree from a recognized University.
Admission to any UG, PG or Diploma course is given to the eligible candidates on the basis of their merit in the last qualifying examination.

St. Aloysius College offers BA, BSc, B.Com, BCA, BBA, BSW program in its curriculum. Candidates who have passed 10+2/ PUC in any relevant specializations recognized board are considered eligible to get admission to BA and BSW program. For admission to B.Sc program candidates who have passed 10+2 with Science stream are considered eligible to g

et admission. Similarly, admission to MSW course is given to those who have passed 10+2 in any discipline are considered eligible.

Applicants who have passed 10+2 in Commerce stream with minimum 80% marks where those boys who have scored 75% or above and girls who have secured 80% or above are considered eligible for admission to B.Com course. Those who have completed 10+2 or PUC with Commerce and Science stream with at least 75% marks are eligible to get admission to BBA course. For admission to BCA program candidates who have qualified HSC or PUC with Science stream with Mathematics as a compulsory subject and have scored minimum 55% marks are considered eligible.

Admission to all the UG program is given directly on the basis of candidate’s merit in the qualifying examination.

St. Aloysius College runs MA, with 3 specializations, M.Sc in 11 disciplines, M.Com, MBA, and MCA program in its curriculum. Admission to any PG course is given on the basis of their merit in the qualifying examination as per their eligibility.

Candidates who have completed Bachelor’s Degree course in a relevant discipline with minimum 45% marks from any recognized University are considered eligible to get admission in BA programs. Admission to MSc course is given to only those candidates who have BSc Degree in relevant discipline or BE, B.Tech, BCA, BCS, BIT, BIS or equivalent discipline with minimum 45% marks. Applicants who have B.Com or BBM Degree with 45% or above are eligible to get admission to M.Com course.

For admission to MSW course candidates with BSW Degree with minimum 45% marks (are considered eligible. Candidates with UG Degree in any relevant discipline with at least 45% marks and 40% for SC and ST candidates are eligible to get admission to MBA program. St. Aloysius College PG Diploma Admission 2023

St. Aloysius College runs Post-Graduate Diploma course in 5 specializations and Advanced PG Diploma program in 2 disciplines each of 1-year. Admission to Post-Graduate Diploma and Advanced Post-Graduate Diploma courses is given solely on the basis of candidate’s marks obtained in the qualifying examination.

Candidates who have Bachelor’s Degree viz. BA, BSc, BCA, BBA, B.Com, BSW, or any Master’s Degree viz. MA, MSc, M.Com, MSW, MBA, MCA or any equivalent degree from any recognized university are considered eligible for admission to PG Diploma or Advanced PG Diploma program.

Candidates shall fill-up the application form in offline mode only. The application form can be purchased from the college office along with the prospectus or candidates may download it from the college’s website and submit it along with DD through the post.

Application fee for UG courses is INR 300 through DD or INR 250 if paid in cash while purchasing the application form from the college office in person.
Candidates shall pay the application fee of INR 500 in cash at the college office or pay INR 550 through DD for PG Courses.
