In the final placements for the Class of 2025, the BFSI & Conglomerates sector emerged as the largest recruiter, contributing 25% of total offers. This was followed by Consulting (19%), FMCG/FMCD (21%), and E-commerce/ITeS (16%). The median CTC for the top 25% of students stood at INR 33.03 LPA, underscoring the highly competitive packages secured by top performers.

Summer Internship Placements 2023–25 Batch

The summer internship process for the MBA Class of 2023–25 was equally successful, achieving a 100% placement rate. The highest stipend offered for the two-month program was INR 5 Lakhs, while the average stipend stood at INR 2.92 Lakhs, reaffirming the strong demand for SJMSOM students in short-term engagements as well.

A wide range of companies participated, with key recruiters including ICICI Bank, JP Morgan Chase & Co., Deloitte, Wipro, and Flipkart.
