Rajasthan University, previously known as the University of Rajputana is enlisted among the universities in India that are on the top-ranking position. There is a majority number of students who are willing to take admission in this university. Rajasthan University provides various courses on the undergraduate, postgraduate and research levels.

Due to the high level of competition, the University of Rajasthan results and cutoff marks regarding the entrance exam for any other qualification score are constantly changing over the years for the various courses in Rajasthan University.

The undergraduate level students are selected on the basis of their scored marks in their Higher Secondary examination from a reputed Institution. Apart from BA, BCom, BSc courses, the University organises an entrance exam for courses like BTech, LLB, BA LLB, BPL. Candidates are being selected on the basis of their scored marks in the aptitude test which is conducted by the Rajasthan University and to avail the examination form the student must have scored 48% in their 10 + 2 examination.

For the postgraduate level courses, students are selected on the basis of their merits in the URATPG (University of Rajasthan Admission Test for Postgraduate Courses). The candidates must have scored a minimum number of 70% in the entrance test to get qualified for the courses like M.Com, M.Ed, M.P.Ed, LL.M.

At the doctorate level, the University of Rajasthan offers PhD and Mphil courses with a wide range of specialisations. To get admitted in these courses, the candidates need to give the UNIRAJ MPAT. The qualifying criteria for these exams are to get a minimum mark of 55% in their post-graduate course.

Rajasthan University offers postgraduate diploma and posts PG diploma courses as well in subjects like Jain studies, Environmental Science, Counselling and Guidance, European Studies, Project Planning and infrastructure management, Financial Criminology, Taxation, Yoga education, Energy Studies, Women’s Studies.

To get qualified in these diploma courses the candidates have to give an entrance exam called URATPG where they need to score more than 70%. The Rajasthan University results for the diploma courses are given on their official website.
