Rajasthan University Admission Process 

One of the oldest Universities in India, Rajasthan University offers various courses at Undergraduate, Postgraduate, Doctorate level to the candidates from all around the country. Apart from these courses, the university also provides some PG Diploma, Post PG Diploma, Diploma and Certificate courses. 

Admission highlights

  • All the students wanting to take admission in the Undergraduate level courses like B.A (Honours and pass) B.Sc (any science stream subjects), B.Com (in commerce stream subjects) must have passed the 10+2 board examination. The students for the UG courses are being selected on the basis of their scored marks in the various entrance exams.
  • The Rajasthan University PG admission 2019 can be done with courses like M.A with specialization in English, Hindi, French, Urdu, Philosophy, Sanskrit. In M.Sc one can take subjects like Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Microbiology, Biotechnology etc. and M.com course can be taken with ABST, EAFM. Students who have passed the bachelor’s degree with a certain mark that would be determined by the University are eligible to apply by filling up the Rajasthan University application form for PG courses.
  • Applicants looking forward to take admission in PhD and M.Phil must be a postgraduate degree holder with a minimum mark of 55%. The students have to fill up the Rajasthan University admission form regarding the research level degrees. There will be a written test and an interview for the final selection round.
  • To take admission in courses like B.Tech, LLB, BALLB, M.TECH including LLM, candidates have to give entrance exams. The merit score in the entrance exams are the selection criteria for above-mentioned courses.
  • For taking admission in the PG level diploma courses the candidates must have a certified Masters degree in accordance with discipline subject. There will be URATPG Entrance exams to select candidates for the PG Diploma courses.
