Computer Center: The computer center of Patna University has a well-furnished infrastructure. The center regularly conducts computer classes for not only students but also for teaching and non-teaching staff of the university.

Central Dispensary: In the central dispensary of Patna University, there are various facilities available for the students such as free outdoor consultation, free availability of medicines, total WBC count, total RBC count, etc. The central dispensary also vaccinates against Hepatitis B and Tetanus regularly on minimum charges. 

Library: Patna University has a well-stocked library with a rich stock of 2 to 3 lac books, research journals, manuscripts in about 33 major and minor disciplines. The reading material is available in Maithili, Bangla, Tibbetti, Tamil, Chinese, Oriya, and many other languages. Soon, the library will be completely digitalized.
