PDEU has a large campus spanning across 100 acres of lush green and serene environment. The university maintains its high reputation by providing several facilities and amenities to students all over its campus. These include state of the art infrastructure, accommodation and recreational facilities.

Some of the said provisions offered by the university are as follows:

• Infrastructure: The campus of PDEU consists of 21 Buildings, 57 Lecture Halls, 43 Laboratories/Workshops and 1,320 units of Laboratory Equipment. The infrastructure featured state of the art Labs, equipped
  with the latest technology, simulation models. IT systems are equipped with the latest hardware & software and Wi-fi connectivity
• Library: The university has a well-stocked library with a large collection of 57,550 Books + 13,100 E-books, 150 Print Journals/Periodicals & Magazines + 5500 e-journals, 5,690 Digital Material (CDs, DVDs), 42 Daily National & International News-Papers, Full Access to Scopus & Web of Science.
• Sports: The institute offers sports and recreational facilities to students on the campus. There are also 3 fully equipped gymnasiums. 
• Hostel: Hostel facilities are available for both male and female students. There are a total of 1,042 Hostel Rooms with a residential capacity of 2,680 students. 
• Cafeteria: The university houses a clean and hygenic cafeteria that provides students with a variety of healthy and delicious food items. There are four Dining Halls with 2,000 people Sitting Capacity

The PDEU address is about 14 km away from the Ahmedabad Airport and 21 km from Ahmedabad’s Kalupur Railway Station. PDEU Gandhinagar campus is spread across 100 acres of lush green pollution-free land with rich biodiversity.

The entire Pandit Deendayal Energy University campus is dotted with lots of mango trees and the campus is home to several different varieties of birds.

Pandit Deendayal Energy University campus started with a single building and then it expanded over the years and currently it comprises of four large administrative blocks, an auditorium block, hostel blocks, cafeteria block, sports grounds, and manicured gardens.

The whole Pandit Deendayal Energy University campus area is under CCTV surveillance and tobacco-free. On-campus facilities include SBI Branch, pharmacy, stationery store, resident daytime doctor, 24×7 doctor-on-call, ambulance, travel desk and campus store to make its students live easier at the institute.

PDEU offers sporting facilities in Basketball, Volleyball, Cricket, Tennis, Football, Kabaddi, Table Tennis, Badminton, Athletics, Taekwondo, Ultimate frisbee, Kho-Kho, Chess and Carrom.

Petrocup is the PDEU annual sporting inter-university contest with almost 5,000 participants competing for the top position from over 100 campuses in India and abroad.

Each PDEU hostel offers a variety of Social and Academic oriented activities that make it possible for a student to learn more about those living in a hostel. PDEU hostel facility includes emergency medical facilities, a doctor on call and a well equipped and comfortable lounge to facilitate group activities as mentioned before.

PDEU hostel rooms are Wi-Fi enabled. PDEU hostel fees are low and commonly affordable by everyone. PDEU faculty members are well-qualified and have years of experience in their respective fields.

PDEU also has several student-driven clubs and societies like SoulPepper – dance & dramatics club, Brahmand – The Astronomy Club, Punnerva- the yoga club etc.
