NIFT Srinagar – National Institute of Fashion Technology Scholarships

NIFT, Srinagar campus currently offers the following scholarships to eligible candidates for assistance in pursuing their studies from NIFT:

NIFT Merit – cum – Means Financial Assistance Scheme

NIFT Srinagar offers limited scholarships to canditate who are in need of financial assist as per the provisions made in Merit – cum – Means Financial Assistance Scheme. Candidates who are interested in availing this should submit their application along with parental income certificate.

Educational Loan

NIFT has a MoU’s with the Union Bank of India for Student Education Loans at a special rate of interest of 11.75 Percent. The percentage of interest is 11.25 Percent for candidates belonging to SC/ST category. Girl students also enjoy a rate of interest of 11.25 Percent.

Assistantship Program

NIFT Srinagar also offers assistance through a Student Assistantship Program on campus. This gives the students part-time employment within the institute.
