NID address is located in Umri, Kurukshetra in the Indian state of Haryana. The National Institute of Design, Kurukshetra was established in 2016. It is currently functioning from its transit campus in Govt. Polytechnic, Umri, Kurukshetra. NID campus infrastructure is comprised of multiple workshops, Information Technology labs, Resource centre, hostel, canteen, Administrative block, sports facilities, medical facilities etc. NID Kurukshetra address is easily accessible from all parts of Haryana. NID faculty members have years of experience in their respective fields. NID Kurukshetra faculty members are considered the best in the region. 

NID Kurukshetra campus has a knowledge management centre that is well stocked with a large variety of books, periodicals, national and international journals, reference books, textile samples that caters to the needs of all departments of the institute. There is an Audiovisual hall that facilitates guest lectures and periodical film screening. In order to provide knowledge regarding details and technicalities of design students have access to MakerBot 3d, laser cutting machines and other hi-tech types of machinery. Every department has separate workshops well-equipped with all necessary tools and machines to facilitate the technical learning process. Apart from that, it has IT labs which are provided with the necessary software. Besides, NID Kurukshetra hostel facilities are available for all the students. The campus offers all sorts of basic amenities to the hostels to make its students live easier at the institute.
