Jaipuria Institute of Management Lucknow – Placement 2024
Jaipuria Institute of Management has successfully completed its 2024 placement drive, with a combined placement report released for all branches. The overall average package offered stood at INR 9.05 LPA, with the majority of offers made in the BFSI sector.
Additionally, the Summer Internship Program for the 2022-24 batch has also concluded. The highest stipend offered during internships was INR 3.70 lakh. Over 180 recruiters participated, including 40+ new recruiters.

Placement Week 2024
The Lucknow campus hosted an impressive Placement Week from November 18 to 23, 2024. Over 250 students from three sister campuses gathered at Jaipuria Lucknow for the placement process. A total of 16 placement sessions were conducted, with 8 physical and 8 virtual processes to accommodate diverse recruiter preferences.

Jaipuria Institute of Management Lucknow, often referred to as JIM Lucknow, is one of the four JIMs. The placement drive for 2023 at JIM Lucknow has recently concluded, witnessing visits from over 300 recruiters who offered job opportunities to 930 students. Notably, more than 110 companies made their debut on campus during this placement season. The average package at JIM Lucknow rose by 25% compared to the previous year, reaching INR 12.34 LPA, with the highest package standing at INR 22 LPA. The placement session also saw 7 international offers extended by Indicaa Group Limited. Major recruiters such as HDFC Bank, Deloitte, PwC, ICICI Bank, HCL, Eclerx, among others, actively participated in the JIM Lucknow placement 2023.
The Summer Internship placement drive at JIM Lucknow in 2023 attracted over 180 recruiters, including approximately 50 companies visiting the campus for the first time. The highest stipend offered at JIM Lucknow reached INR 1.2 lakh, marking a significant 140% increase from previous years.
