A total of 20 courses are available at IIIT Bangalore, including degree, diploma, and certificate programs. All degree programs are available at the UG, PG, and Research levels. While diploma and certificate programmes are only available at the PG level online. The institute provides a 5-year BTech+MTech dual-degree program at the undergraduate level. Admission to the programme is based on JEE Main scores. IIIT Bangalore provides two-year MTech and MSc programmes at the postgraduate level. MS (by research) and PhD programmes, on the other hand, are undertaken at the research level.

In collaboration with upGrad, IIIT Bangalore provides a variety of online courses. Several specialisations have been added to the institute’s online advanced certificate and executive programmes. Graduates with a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 50 percent can apply to the following online courses:

Bangalore Institute of Technology BTech+MTech (iMTech)
Instead of a four-year BTech program, IIIT Bangalore provides a five-year BTech+MTech degree. The Integrated MTech (iMTech) program focuses on Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) and Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) (ECE). The program has a total of 120 seats available. The institute’s total tuition price for five years has been INR 22.44 Lacs.
Dual Specialization Policy: Under the newly developed curriculum, CSE/ECE students may select two specialties at the same time. Students with a CSE/ECE degree can pursue specializations in AIML (Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning), TSCD (Theory and Systems for Computing and Data), NC (Networking and Communication), VLSI Systems, and Cyber Security and Digital Society.
Students are admitted to iMtech on a sliding scale in two branches: CSE and ECE. If an applicant is solely interested in one of the specialisations provided, he or she will be admitted under preference-1 based on seat availability. Candidates who are interested in both branches will be admitted under priority number two. In the event of a vacancy, preference-2 students will be immediately admitted under preference-1 if they reach the stated cutoff.
