CAT 2025: Registration for MBA/PGDM admissions is now open at iimcat.ac.in. The last date to apply is September 13, 2025, and the exam will be conducted on November 30, 2025.

XAT 2026: Registration has also begun for MBA/PGDM admissions at xatonline.in. Candidates can apply until December 5, 2025, and the exam is scheduled for January 4, 2026.

PGDM Fee Structure 2025–27: IMT Hyderabad has released the fee details for the PGDM program. The total course fee is ₹15 Lakhs.
IMT Hyderabad is currently inviting applications for its flagship PGDM program for the 2026 intake. Eligible candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks and possess a valid score in CAT, XAT, CMAT, or GMAT. The application process involves completing an online form, uploading the required documents along with a Statement of Purpose (SOP), and attending a personal interview.
The selection process is comprehensive, taking into account entrance exam scores, past academic performance, relevant work experience (if any), and performance in the personal interview. In addition to the PGDM, IMT Hyderabad also offers part-time PG Certificate and Certification programs in emerging fields such as Data Science and Digital Marketing.

IMT Hyderabad PGDM Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must possess a bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum aggregate of 50%. Final-year undergraduate candidates are also eligible to apply for the program.
IMT Hyderabad PGDM Selection Criteria
- Candidates are initially shortlisted based on their CAT/XAT/CMAT test scores.
- Shortlisted candidates are required to create a 1-minute video introducing themselves, detailing their background, and discussing their career goals.
- Alongside the video, candidates must submit a 300-word Statement of Purpose (SOP) and complete a Profile Details form.
- Shortlisted students proceed to an Online Personal Interview conducted by a panel of 23 interviewers.
- The online interview assesses candidates on various aspects, including communication and social skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, business acumen, and general skills.
