Indus University Admission 2023
Indus University is one of the premier universities in the country, started in 2006. It has seven constituent institutions which offer various UG, PG and Doctoral courses in the field of Engineering, Science, Architecture, Management, Design, Commerce and Computer Applications. Application forms can be filled online by visiting the official website of Indus University or can be obtained in person from university campus.
- Admission to B.Tech program is based on a valid score Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET) or JEE Main.
- Score obtained in NATA exam is mandatory for admission to B.Arch program.
- admission is offered on the basis of a valid score in Indus Design Test (IDT) followed by a performance in Studio Test and Interview.
- B.Sc, B.Com, M.Sc (Integrated) and BBA admissions are completely merit-based.
- MBA (Integrated) and MBA (Dual Degree) admission are made on the basis of a valid score in UGAT conducted by AIMA.
- M.Tech admission is granted on the basis of a good score in GATE or equivalent state level entrance test.
- Merit is the only criteria to secure admission in MCA program while for M.Sc, the university conducts separate entrance test.
- CAT/ CMAT/ MAT/ or equivalent entrance passed candidates are eligible to apply for MBA course in different disciplines.
- For Ph.D. (Full-Time & Part-Time) admissions, Indus University conducts Indus University Research Aptitude Test (IURAT) followed by an interview.
- CSIR NET/ UGC NET or GATE qualified candidates are exempted from IURAT for Ph.D.

Indus University B.Tech, B.Arch & B.Des Admission 2023
Indus University offers B.Tech, B.Des and B.Arch courses in various discipline at the UG level. The minimum eligibility criteria is 10+2 in the related subject group from a recognized board. B.Tech admission is offered through GUJCET or JEE Main while admission to B.Arch is based on a valid score in NATA.
The candidates have to qualify in IDT conducted by the university followed by Studio Test and an interview to secure admission in B.Des program.

Indus University PG Admission 2023: M.Tech, MBA, MCA & M.Sc
At the postgraduate level, Indus University offers M.Tech, MBA, MCA (Regular+ Lateral) and M.Sc courses in various specializations. BE/ B.Tech in the relevant discipline is the minimum eligibility criteria for M.Tech program while for other courses, Graduation in the related subject is mandatory.
GATE score is mandatory for admission to M.Tech program. MBA program requires a valid score in CAT/ MAT/ CMAT or IUMAT followed by GD and PI. MCA admission is completely based on merit while for M.Sc, the university conducts separate entrance test.

Key Points:
- 25% seats in M.Tech and MCA programs are reserved for those who have applied under NRI and Management quota.

Indus University Ph.D. Admission 2023
Indus University also offers Ph.D. courses in different streams in Full-Time as well as Part-Time modes. Candidates require a valid Master’s degree with at least 55% marks (50% for reserved categories) in the relevant field from a recognized university.
Final admission to Ph.D. (Full-Time and Part-Time) course is offered on the basis of candidates’ performance in IURAT, Interview followed by presentation and evaluation of past academic & research record. UGC-NET/ CSIR-NET/ GATE qualified or M.Phil passed candidates are exempted from IURAT, but they have to attend the interview conducted by the university.

Admission to Ph.D. program is offered only after a comprehensive selection process.
- IURAT is an MCQs based paper for the duration of one-hour. It includes sections on general reasoning and subject-specific knowledge.
- A personal interview is then conducted which includes a 10-minute micro-presentation element. Candidates’ aptitude for research is tested during this round.
- Selected candidates will be intimated regarding further details via email within two weeks of the completion of the selection process.
- Selected students must appear in person for verification of all the required documents. Admission is confirmed only after completing all required processes, including document verification and payment of required fee.
