Indian Maritime University (IMU) came into being through an Act of Parliament (Act 22) on 14th November 2008 as a Central University. The examinations are conducted on a semester basis i.e. odd semester and even semester.

The odd semester is conducted in the month of December and even a semester in the month of June. IMU presently offers Diploma, PG Diploma and PG Degree courses in Nautical Science, Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture & Ocean Engineering, Ship Building & Repair, Maritime Management, Doctoral Programs at Visakhapatnam Campus and Post Sea Courses.

IMU Academic Schedule 2022

The academic schedule can be directly accessed on the official website. It consists of an examination schedule and project date. You can directly access the academic schedule using the following process:

1. Visit the official website.
2. You can see Academic section at the top middle section of the page
3. Under this, you will Academic Calendar
4. Download the academic calendar and save it for future reference
5. You can access the course wise examination date under the academic calendar

Students need to register online for the semester exam. The time table for the exam can also be accessed. Admit card for the test can be downloaded from the official website. University conducts entrance exam CET and CRT.

IMU CET Result 2022

CET Result can directly be accessed from the university website. You have to follow the below steps to access the result:

1. Visit the official website.
2. You can see the Archives section at the top right section of the page.
3. You will be directed to a new page with many options. Click on Online CET
4. You will be directed to a new page showing the results
5. Click on results and you will be directed to a new page with the option of Rank wise List of all Qualified Candidates
6. Download the result and save it for future reference
