Every academic year, IIT Jodhpur provides the Merit Cum Means Scholarships to students in all categories. When selecting candidates for the MCM Scholarship, the institute takes into account prior academic performance, merits, and parental income. Only 25% of the IIT Jodhpur students are recipients of the MCM Scholarship, nevertheless. Below are the essential specifics for the MCM Scholarship.

Merits:

  • For students in the General and OBC Categories, a minimum of 60% overall in the 12th grade is necessary for first-year students, while a minimum CPI of 6.5 with no backlogs is required for second-year students.
  • For students in the SC & ST categories, the first-year students must have an overall grade point average of at least 55 percent in class 12, and the second-year students must not have had any Fs.
