PGPM
The PG Program in Management, the program equips the students with the skills, knowledge and strategic perspectives essential to the leadership of business around the world. The program comprises 29 courses (of which 21 are compulsory courses and 8 are elective courses), and a Summer Internship Program. These courses are spread over four semesters.
The students can pursue elective courses in Marketing, Finance, Human Resource Management, Operations and Information Technology and Systems leading to the respective specialisation.

IBS Ahmedabad Admission Dates 2026
To apply for IBSAT 2025, start by registering and paying the Rs 1800 application fee. Next, take the IBSAT test or submit scores from CAT, NMAT by GMAC™, XAT, or GMAT™. Note that IBSAT is an online remote-proctored test. After the test, wait for the results announcement. If shortlisted, you will receive an invitation to the selection process at the IBS Hyderabad campus, which includes Micro Presentation and Personal Interview rounds. Finally, upon successful completion, you will receive admission confirmation and campus allocation.
The admission to IBS Ahmedabad PGPM program happens through IBSAT. IBSAT is a Computer Based Test (CBT) and consists of multiple-choice questions. IBSAT is a two-hour exam designed to gauge a candidate’s proficiency in quantitative methods, data interpretation, data sufficiency, vocabulary, analytical thinking, and reading comprehension. The important dates for the IBSAT 2025 are given below:

How to Apply for IBSAT 2025?
The IBSAT application form is common for admission to MBA/PGPM programs at IBS campuses in Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Dehradun, Jaipur, Kolkata, Mumbai, and Pune, as well as the PhD program (full-time/part-time) at IBS Hyderabad.
The IBSAT Bulletin (₹1800) can be obtained in the following ways:
1. Apply Online

Fill in personal and contact details online.

Proceed to the payment page and complete the fee payment.

A confirmation email will be sent, and the IBSAT Bulletin (hard copy) will reach you within a week.
2. Purchase from Marketing Offices

Visit the nearest IBS Marketing Branch.

Pay the application fee in cash and collect the IBSAT Bulletin.
Eligibility
MBA / PGPM (2-Year Program)

Graduation (any discipline) with 50% and above marks and English as the medium of instruction.

Minimum 15 years of education (10+2+3 or 10+2+4).

Non-English medium graduates must submit TOEFL/IELTS/NELT scores by May 31, 2026.

Final-year students can apply but must complete graduation requirements by May 31, 2026.

Proof of graduation must be submitted by November 1, 2026.
PhD in Management (Full-time / Executive)

Graduation with 50% and above marks and English as the medium of instruction.

Post-graduation in:

Management (Marketing/Finance/HR/Operations) with 55%+ marks, OR

Economics, Commerce, Psychology, Sociology, Public Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, or allied disciplines with 55%+ marks, OR

Professional qualifications like CA/CFA/CWA/CS with 55%+ marks.

Candidates may need to undertake first-year MBA courses as a prerequisite.

Admission Process

IBSAT 2025: Computer-based test (2 hours, MCQs) assessing quantitative techniques, data interpretation, data adequacy, vocabulary, analytical reasoning, and reading comprehension.

Exemptions: Candidates with valid CAT, GMAT®, NMAT by GMAC™, or XAT scores (2023 onwards) need not take IBSAT.
