HIT Kolkata Admissions Highlights

• For Undergraduate level B.Tech courses, candidates are required to appear for the WBJEE or JEE Mains examination. All applicants must have passed 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with a minimum of 45% aggregate from any recognised board to be eligible to apply for the course.

• For Undergraduate level B.Tech Lateral course, candidates are selected through Entrance examination followed by the selection process. All applicants should have a diploma in any relevant technical stream to be eligible to apply for the course.

• For Postgraduate level M.Tech programmes, candidates are shortlisted based on the marks obtained in GATE or PGET examination followed by the selection process. All applicants must have a B.E or B.Tech degree in any relevant discipline of study to be eligible for the course.
