SRCC Scholarships and Financial Aid 2025

Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC) offers a wide range of scholarships and financial assistance to support meritorious and economically needy students across undergraduate, postgraduate, and GBO programs. The process of availing scholarships is notified via the Announcements Page of the SRCC website and the college notice boards.

A. Financial Support from the Institution

1. Aabhaas Hajela Memorial Scholarship

• ₹25,000 per annum for B.Com. (Hons.) students under the PwD category.

• Awarded to the overall topper of Semesters I-IV when in Semester V.

• In case of a tie, Class XII best-four marks are considered.

2. C.B. Gupta Memorial Scholarship

• ₹12,000 per annum for first-year B.Com. (Hons.) students.

• Family income should not exceed ₹6,00,000 per annum.

3. College Need-Based Scholarships

• ₹12,000 per annum for economically needy students of B.Com. (Hons.), B.A. (Hons.) Economics, and M.Com.

• Family income limit: ₹6,00,000 per annum.

4. Envision Scholarship

• ₹18,000 per annum for B.Com. (Hons.) III-year topper based on second-year performance.

• Tie-breaker: higher aggregate marks in qualifying board examination.

5. Kanwar Lal Memorial Scholarship

• ₹12,000 per annum for B.Com. (Hons.) or B.A. (Hons.) Economics students scoring ≥60% in Business Communication or Compulsory Language (English).

• Family income limit: ₹6,00,000 per annum.

6. Manoj Kumar Memorial Scholarship

• ₹12,000 per annum for third-year B.Com. (Hons.) students with ≥60% in Microeconomics I & II.

• Merit and financial need considered equally.

7. M.C. Shukla Scholarship

• Two scholarships of ₹12,000 each for B.Com. (Hons.) II-year students with ≥65% average marks in prior semesters and ≥75% attendance.

8. Prem Handa Memorial Scholarship

• ₹12,000 per annum for III-year B.Com. (Hons.) students.

9. Pt. Kanahya Lal Dayawanti Punj Scholarship

• ₹12,000 per annum for second-year B.Com. (Hons.) students.

10. SRCC Alumni Association Scholarship

• ₹12,000 per annum for first-year B.Com. (Hons.) or B.A. (Hons.) Economics students.

• Renewable if student maintains ≥60% average marks.

11. SRCC Student’s Union Scholarships

• Two scholarships of ₹12,000 each for second-year B.Com. (Hons.) and B.A. (Hons.) Economics students.

• Family income should not exceed ₹6,00,000 per annum.

12. Students Aid Fund and Fee Concession

• Assistance for tuition, textbooks, hostel/mess, clothing, and medical expenses.

• Forms available from College Office in the first week of August.

13. Sultan Chand Trust Scholarship

• Two scholarships of ₹12,000 each for I- and II-year B.Com. (Hons.) toppers.

14. T.S. Grewal Scholarship

• ₹12,000 per annum for B.Com. (Hons.) II-year students with ≥65% average marks.

B. Financial Support from Other Sources

Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ Foundation Scholarship

• US $420 each for 12 undergraduate students (B.Com. Hons. and B.A. Economics).

• Merit-based: 75% weightage on academic marks and 25% on interviews.

• Students may receive this scholarship even if they hold other scholarships.

GBO Program Scholarships

• Merit-based scholarships for Postgraduate Diploma in Global Business Operations students.

• Awarded based on academic performance and entrance exam scores.

• May cover partial tuition fees and support students financially throughout the program.
