Selection Process for SRCC GBO 2026

1. Written Entrance Test (GBO Exam)

• Computer-based test

• Sections:

  • English Comprehension

  • Quantitative Ability

  • Logical Ability

  • Data Interpretation

• This is the most important stage in shortlisting.

2. Shortlisting for GD & PI

After the exam, SRCC releases a list of shortlisted candidates category-wise based on written test performance.

3. Group Discussion (GD)

Tests:

• Communication

• Ability to think logically

• Teamwork

• Knowledge of contemporary topics

4. Personal Interview (PI)

Tests:

• Personality

• Clarity of goals

• Academic background

• Understanding of business environment

Final Merit List Weightage

Final admission is based on the combined score of all three stages.
