M Sc:
Admissions based an Entrance Test conducted by FRI followed by counselling. Graduation specialisation as mentioned.
Bachelor’s degree with minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST) in the relevant subject.

Specialisation: Forestry
Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree n any of following Mathematics, Physics, Zoology. Botany, Chemistry, Geology, Agriculture or Forestry.

Specialisation: Wood Science & Technology
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Mathematics or Forestry.

Specialisation: Environment Management
Bachelor’s degree in any branch of Basic or Applied Sciences. Bachelor’s degree in Forestry or Agriculture
B.E in Environment Science.

Specialisation: Cellulose and Paper Technology
B. Sc. with Chemistry as one of the main subjects.
BE/ B. Tech. (Chemical or Mechanical)

PhD:
Admissions based on entrance exam conducted by FRI. Or UGC NET/ GATE/ CSIR NET qualified candidates.
Followed by a personal interview.
Master degree in relevant specilization with 55% (50% for SC/ST/PWD).
