Well I would just like to say that last year many of my friends applied for this college.All had percentile ranging from 80-90 in CAT and 93-99 in DEC MAT and 55-65 in SNAP. But none of them got a call from BIMM the best of them(I think).But all of them got admission in some of the best colleges. Donno wat is their criteria for admission.

If you have been a good sportsman (at district, state or national level) or if you have been an active member of any organization..... it increases your chance of converting the call...

The placement for Exe batch is 100%. Infact few companies offer differential packages to people with work ex and freshers..
HCL offered 5.5 lac (for work ex candidates) and around 4 lacs (for freshers)...
But freshers must not get disheartened... Different companies have different demand... The internationally known firm...Delloite...came for summer placements and took only one girl who was a fresher...
Giving you the current scenario of placements of 08-10 batch....the latest news is that 170 people have been placed...Dont forget our Day Zero is 8th December...

do you mean after exec batch which joins after five year of experience hcl offers just 5 lacs to them?? To be more clear I am looking for exact figures for executive batch and not the just exp. candidates who are in regular batches.Help would be appreciated thanx

The average work ex in Executive Batch is 2-3 yrs, not 5 yrs (Source - student of exe batch... to be precise PGDM - Executive at BIMM)...

Thanks for the information arpit however as per the website, the eligiblity criteria for executive batch is minimum 5 yrs of work ex, than howcome people with 2-3 yr exp in exec batch? Moreover if you can gimme me some details regarding the profile of students in exec batch or if you can get some one on from the batch on this link, it would be of great help

Should i apply to BIMM or is there any chances of me getting a call. Actually my MAT scores are very very low so i am bit confused about it. And if there is any chances of me getting a call than apart from BIMM which other sister college is good. I want to do MBA from marketing. Thanks in advance.

As you stay nearby I would like you to visit the campus and see the present placements going on...
You may enquire about packages offered this year and meet the students who are already placed in MNCs....
I don't deny that companies haven't offered around 3.5 lacs, they have... but many have offered in the range of 5-6 lacs....So its all upon your capabilities that how much do you encash from the college...
Probably a visit would clarify your misconception...

You fulfil the criteria of throughout first class in academics... but a MAT score of 70-75 is too low to convert the call (IN CASE YOU GET...chances are negligible)...
If you are not much concerend with the investments made in MBA colleges forms then you can apply...it pure gambling...
As far as the ranking of colleges in concerned .... they all are more or less same... the placements are combined... It solely depends on your preference that in which stream do you want to pursue your MBA...
Many students in BIMHRD or BIIB or BITM could have made it to BIMM but they prefered their own choice... like International Business, Telecom Management, Human Resource and HRD...
So you must know your preference of stream...

So you mean that HCL offered 5 lacs for experienced people however there are companies which offers 6 lac as well to general pgdm students as well. Means there is no major difference in salary offered to general and exec batch.What matters is how you sell yourself.am i correct?? it would be great if you can get me information regarding the maximum and minimum offered in exec batch??
